Credits

Purchases of credit packs are non-refundable once used. Credits allow generation of marketing content through Lumetra AI forms. One credit equals one content generation.

Refunds

Unused credits may be refundable within 14 days of purchase upon request, provided no content has been generated. Refunds are at Lumetra AI’s discretion.

Usage

You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before publishing. Lumetra AI is not liable for any inaccuracies or outcomes from using the generated content.

Privacy

Customer details (name, email) are stored only to provide the service. We do not sell or share your data.

Liability

Lumetra AI is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for any damages or losses from use of the service.
